To secure your
reservation, we require payment for 1/2 the balance of your stay
plus a $250 refundable damage deposit. Any remaining
balance due muse be paid prior to your arrival. We will
gladly accept your credit card, check, or cash payment.
The damage deposit will be returned to you upon inspection of
the home after your departure.
Check-In time is 3 p.m. - Check-Out time is 11 a.m. We
hope that you have enjoyed your stay and that you will visit us
again. Please do not trouble yourself to wash linens or
clean the home, just wash up any dishes you might have used and
place refuse into the provided-for trash cans.
Cancellation Policy
Please let us know immediately should you need to cancel
your secured reservation and we will make every effort to
re-book those nights in order to reimburse you for any payments
made in advance of your stay. Should we be able to fill
the home for any of your booked nights, you will immediately be
reimbursed - less a $100 cancellation fee. If the
cancellation is made with at least 60 days notice, only a
cancellation of $100 will be assessed and your entire prepayment
will be returned to you.
Smoking Policy
Please do not smoke inside your vacation rental home.
If you choose to smoke outside of the home, we ask that you pick
up your refuse. Damage Deposit:
In the unfortunate event that damage to the home or its
furnishings or equipment is noticed upon inspection, and costs
to repair or replacement costs will be deducted from your damage
deposit. Any costs for damage in excess of the security
deposit must be reimbursed.
Pet Policy:
Although we appreciate your desire to have your pets stay with
you during your visit our main concern is providing a relaxing,
quiet and safe environment for all of our guests. To meet this
expectation, we ask you to for the following:
- A Pet fee of $50/per pet per stay is required prior to
arrival. In addition to the pet fee of $50 any costs to
repair pet damage will be deducted from the security
deposit. Any costs for damage in excess of the security
deposit must be reimbursed.
- Please do not leave your pet unattended in the home
unless housed in a pet carrier. Please supervise your
pet at all times.
- Please keep pets off the furniture, beds and bedding at
all times – Without Exception.
- Please bring your pet's towels and/or bedding.
Please bring your pet's food bowls/dishes. Under no
circumstances should your vacation home's bedding, towels
and/or dishes be used for your pet.
- Please bathe, brush and treated your pets for fleas and
ticks in advance of your arrival into the home.
- Please trim your pet's nails so as not to scratch the
hardwood flooring or snag the carpeting.
- Please clean up and properly dispose of your Pet's
waste.
- Please restrain your pet from digging. Replacement of
landscaping is costly.
- Please curtail your dog from barking to ensure the
peaceful enjoyment of others.
- Please be aware that Curry County has a leash law and
guests should respond accordingly.
